GRKN Studios Management LTD • Mihalla Platform
1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Mihalla platform ("Platform"), operated by GRKN Studios Management LTD ("Company", "we", "us", "our").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Not be prohibited from receiving services under applicable law
The Platform may not be used by individuals or entities subject to sanctions.
3. Service Description
Mihalla is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform providing:
- AI-based content generation
- Image and video creation
- Shopify and Etsy product import
- Social media integrations
- Content automation tools
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
4. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining confidentiality of login credentials
- All activities under your account
- Ensuring accurate account information
We reserve the right to suspend accounts in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or security risks.
5. Subscription and Credit System
5.1 Subscription
- Access to paid features requires an active subscription
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- If payment fails, access and credits are suspended immediately
5.2 Credits
- Credits are non-transferable
- Credits are non-refundable
- Credits may only be used while subscription is active
- If subscription lapses, credits remain suspended until reactivation
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Platform to create or distribute:

7. AI Output Disclaimer
The Platform utilizes artificial intelligence technologies. You acknowledge:
- AI-generated outputs may contain inaccuracies
- Outputs may resemble existing content
- The Company does not guarantee originality
You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating all generated content before use.
8. Intellectual Property
The Platform software, branding, code, and infrastructure remain the property of GRKN Studios Management LTD.
Users retain rights to their original input content.
AI-generated outputs are provided without warranty of ownership or exclusivity.

Users connect external platforms at their own risk. We are not responsible for:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
- Your content
- Your misuse of the Platform
- Your violation of these Terms
- Third-party disputes
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of business
- Data loss
- Indirect or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the subscription fees paid in the previous one month.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Breach of Terms
- Illegal activity
- Abuse of system resources
- Non-payment
No refunds will be issued in case of termination due to violation.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
