Everything you need to know about using the Social Media Content Generator

Getting Started

To start using the system, you first need to create at least one content entry.

When you add content, you can optionally upload an image that belongs to that content. This could be an image you already have on your computer or one you have prepared for your social media or website.

Adding Content

  1. Go to the content creation page.
  2. Enter your text in the content field. Try to make it clear and descriptive, because this text will also be used for AI image and video generation.
  3. If you already have an image for this content, upload it in the image section.
  4. Save the record.

Generating an Image with AI

If you want the system to create an image automatically based on the content you wrote, you can use the AI image button.

  1. Click the AI image button after you have entered and saved your content.
  2. The system will read your text and generate an image from it.
  3. By default, images are created using SeeDream.
  4. If you prefer to use Nano Banana instead, you can change the image generator from your profile page.

Important

While the image is being generated, do not close the page, refresh the browser, or put the process in the background in a way that stops the operation. If the process is interrupted, the generation may fail and your credits may still be consumed.

Generating a Video from Your Content

To generate a video from a piece of content, that content must already have an image associated with it.

  1. Create a content entry and upload an image for it, or generate an image with AI first.
  2. After the image is available, use the video generation option for that record.
  3. The system will use Google VEO3 to generate a video based on your existing image and content.

Important

During video generation, avoid closing the page or interrupting the process to prevent failed operations and wasted credits.

Credits and Usage Limits

  • All AI operations, such as image and video generation, consume credits.
  • If you have no credits left, you will not be able to perform actions that require credits.
  • To continue using AI features, you need to purchase and load more credits into your account.
  • Please check your credit balance regularly so that long processes such as bulk image or video creation are not interrupted.

Invoices and Billing Information

For your invoices to be created correctly, your billing information must be accurate and up to date.

  1. Go to your profile page.
  2. Check your name, company details, address, and any other billing fields.
  3. Make any necessary updates before purchasing credits or using paid features.

Deleting Records

When you delete a content record, all visual elements that belong to that record will be deleted as well. This includes:

  • Uploaded images
  • AI generated images
  • AI generated videos, if they are stored as part of that record

Warning

Please make sure you no longer need these files before deleting a record, as this action cannot be undone.

Bulk Upload with CSV

If you want to add multiple records at once, you can use the Bulk Upload feature.

  1. Download the sample CSV file from the Bulk Upload section.
  2. Open the sample file and review the column names and required fields.
  3. Prepare your own CSV file using the same structure as the sample. Make sure:
    • Column names match exactly
    • Required fields are not left empty
    • Text is properly formatted and does not break the CSV structure
  4. Upload your CSV file through the Bulk Upload area.
  5. After uploading, review the imported records to ensure everything looks correct.
  6. If there is an error during import, check that your CSV matches the sample format and that there are no missing or extra columns.
